Return Policy
Every item purchased from STAMBOLIAN can be returned within 14 days of receiving if the buyer is not happy with it for whatever reason. Returned items must be in their original brand-new, undamaged condition. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for this item. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. All returns must include the original packaging and may take up to 2 weeks to process.

Shipping Information
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after they are received and shipped via complimentary USPS Priority Express one day shipping. Our main office is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10am – 5pm EST for order processing. For any special orders , please allow a minimum of 3 weeks processing time and additional 3-6 weeks for production. For special sizing, please allow a minimum of 1 week processing time. Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes and all shipments require a signature upon delivery.
